For parents who would like their children to attend school in French, Centre scholaire Samuel de Champlain is located within the City and offers curriculum teaching in French.
The public schools in the Greater Saint John area are served by the Anglophone South School District (http://web1.nbed.nb.ca/sites/ASD-S, Main Switchboard: 506-658-5300), and Centre Scholaire Samuel de Champlain is served by the Francophone South School District (http://francophonesud.nbed.nb.ca/).
There are two private schools located in the Town of Rothesay: the Touchstone Community School (Pre-Kindergarten through Grade 5) and Rothesay Netherwood School (Grades 6 through 12).
